These Terms govern your use of trontext.ai and the TronText AI service, provided by Tron Technology Corporation, a Utah corporation. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
TronText AI provides AI-assisted text messaging and appointment scheduling. The service is in pre-launch, and features may change.
Customer responsibilities
- You must have proper, documented consent before uploading or messaging any contact, and you must follow the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier 10DLC rules and all other applicable laws.
- You may not use the service for spam or for unlawful, deceptive or prohibited content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your scripts and data.
SMS Terms
Program: TronText AI messages (early-access updates, demo scheduling, appointment scheduling and reminders).
Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by otherwise giving express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no more messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Fees are set out in your order or plan. Pricing is available on request.
Intellectual property
We own the service and its content. You own your data and grant us a license to process it so we can provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or of messaging rules.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
